Most of the coffee grown at Green Land comprises of a type of Catimor, with SL34 (the variety of Myanmar Khar Taw Hmi) forming around 10 percent of the farm’s output.
Myanmar Khar Taw Hmi was hand harvested. Cherries were then floated and hand sorted, before being dried for 11 to 32 days (about 1 month) depending on weather.
Myanmar Khar Taw Hmi has nuances of grapefruit, caramel and honey.
